This cooperation is another cooperation between the two parties following the good cooperation in 2020 in providing reactor internals and primary gas-to-gas heat exchangers for Asia Silicon's 70,000-ton polysilicon project (Ganhe project), with a total contract value of over 100 million yuan. After taking over the project, Nanjing Chengyi carefully organized and overcame challenges such as tight schedule, heavy tasks, and high quality requirements. Not only did it successfully complete the task within the contract period, but it also achieved early delivery of some equipment, which was highly recognized by the Red Lion project team. Up to now, Nanjing Chengyi has provided 45 sets of cold hydrogenation reactor export gas-to-gas heat exchangers and more than 200 sets of other non-standard equipment to Asia Silicon, Red Lion, CSG, Runyang, Juguang Silicon and other companies; it has provided more than 230 sets of various types of cold hydrogenation reactor internals to GCL, Daquan, TBEA, Oriental Hope, Red Lion-Asia Silicon, CSG, Qiya, Baofeng and other companies, all of which were delivered on time with guaranteed quality and quantity, effectively guaranteeing the project construction needs of customers!

 

Nanjing Chengyi has always been committed to becoming a well-known domestic manufacturer of medium-sized nonferrous metal equipment and heat exchange equipment. The newly put into operation Gaochun plant has built a 17,000 square meter production workshop, equipped with a 100,000 clean level clean welding workshop, robot automatic pipe head welding workshop, heavy equipment workshop, post-processing workshop (pressure test, pickling, sandblasting, painting), flaw detection room, welding physical and chemical laboratory, etc. It has more than 120 sets of professional production and testing automation equipment, including: pipe head welding robot, 60/30 four-roller plate rolling machine, 5.5*5.5*25m (design temperature 1000℃) large natural gas heat treatment furnace, automatic plasma longitudinal and girth welding machine and other new processing and testing equipment. The operation of the Gaochun plant has made Nanjing Chengyi more capable and confident to meet the high-quality needs of more customers. We will continue to serve new and old customers with the mature technical experience accumulated over the years and a strong sense of service, focusing on improving the customer experience level.
