On September 25, 2024, two sets of EDC (1,2-dichloroethane) low-temperature chlorination reactors manufactured by Nanjing Chengyi Company were successfully delivered. The project has an annual output of 200,000 tons of EDC (1,2-dichloroethane), and the process packager is Tianjin Bohai Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. The shipment this time is the core equipment of the unit, the low-temperature chlorination reactor, which is made of B30/Monel400+Q345R. The remaining more than 10 copper-nickel heat exchangers, monel and zirconium heat exchangers in the project were also manufactured by our company and delivered in the early stage.
At the beginning of the project, we established a professional project team, fully communicated with the owner and the design institute on the technical difficulties and key points in the execution control and core equipment production of the project, and arranged the key nodes of the project. During the implementation, all departments cooperated closely, organized materials reasonably, carried out meticulous construction, and strictly controlled quality, ensuring the high-quality delivery of equipment.
